Obituary of Ken Lessard

LESSARD, Ken

June 8, 1948 – February 20, 2018

On Tuesday, February 20, 2018 Ken Lessard of Edmonton, Alberta, formerly of Vegreville passed away at the age of 69 years. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Ann; one son Ian (Melissa) of Vegreville; two daughters Pattie (Terry) Kisilewich and Lisa of Edmonton; six grandchildren Kyle, Ashley (Shane), Sabrina (Ash), Kayla (Trevor), Clay and Shayla; two great grandchildren Kaedon and Layla; one brother in law Dan.

Ken is also survived by his mother in law Mary Sydora; three sisters in law Cecilia (Don) Wakaruk and family, Jeannette (Duane) Warren and Pearl (Jim) Stewart and family. Along with other relatives, friends and members of Local 110.

Ken was predeceased by his parents Campo and Nancy; brother James and sister Gloria; his father in law George Sydora and brother in law Nick Sydora.

A Memorial Service for Ken will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home in Vegreville. Donations may be made to the “Diabetes Association” or to the “Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.”
