I remember Aunty Nellie as a classy lady who always had her hair done and beautifully dressed. She always had a smile on her face and a kind voice.

My Baba was a very special one of a kind woman. She loved her family so much and gave everything to her family. I am forever grateful for having her in my life for such a long time. She had a wonderful sense of humor and patience. She was very humble when it came to her talents, especially with cooking. May you rest in absolute perfect peace. Its a huge comfort to know you and gido are once again reunited.

Nellie and Sylvester were good friends with George and Mary Stefanetz and enjoyed each others company. When the spouses passed, George and Nellie remained good friends in the Homestead Lodge. The family shared celebrations, a good dinner, playing games of checkers, Chinese checkers or a good game of cards with many laughs. Nellie was a very supportive, kind, and loving person. We always had a good time when we visited Nellie and Dad at the Homestead Lodge. It was just the other day that we hugged Nellie and said good bye. Nellie will be missed and never forgotten!
