Obituary of Marilyn Westman

WESTMAN, Marilyn Ileen September 10, 1951 - April 19, 2025 Marilyn Ileen Westman passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the age of 73 years. She leaves behind one sister Linda Forsythe (Ken); nieces Tammie and Trish; nephew Dee; along with many cousins, nephews and nieces. Her greatest joy in life is her daughter Tannis; grandchildren Tamara (Mike), Kirsten, Breanne (Brayden), Joshua; and especially her great-grandchildren Lianna (11), Carter (11), Bryson (8), Jaklin (6), Carson (3) who made her life full of happiness, laughter and great memories. Marilyn was the kind of person that would do anything for someone in need, she was a kind soul. She leaves a lasting memory with anyone that she came in contact with. She will be missed in so many ways. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband Richard Westman; first husband George Lighfoot; mother Ileen Dodd; father Emil Piture; step dad Jim Dodd; brother Ken Dodd; and sister Lynne Jesmer. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the “Heart & Stroke Foundation.”
