OLYNYK, Rose
February 10, 1925 – June 8, 2025
On Sunday, June 8, 2025, Rose Olynyk (nee Eliuk) of Two Hills, Alberta, passed away at the age of 100 years.
Rose will be forever remembered and loved by her family, son Gerald; daughter Wendy (Jim) Darda; daughter-in-law Cecile Olynyk; grandsons Randy (Kim) and Justin (Nicole); great-grandson Lucas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rose was predeceased by her husband George; son Reg; daughter-in-law Lorraine Olynyk; grandson Jonathan; parents John and Mary Eliuk; along with her seven siblings and their spouses.
A private service will be held for Rose with Father Peter Haugen officiating. Interment to follow in the Saints Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church Cemetery at Kaleland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the “Saints Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church – Kaleland.”
