I remember visiting the Korpan farm on many occasions. Sometimes my mom and dad would leave us to stay on the Korpan farm as a holiday. I remember how busy Aunty Nancy and Uncle Fred were. We “helped” them with milking, collecting eggs, operating the hand operated milk separator, gardening, and haying. To be truthful, we were more of a hindrance than a help like spending more time catching mice than stacking bales. We had great fun and I will always remember the kindness and patience they always exhibited. Aunty Nancy was always busy and she prepared great meals and made us feel loved.
