July 10, 1933 – December 9, 2025
On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, Lillian Ziegler of Vegreville, Alberta passed away at the age of 92 years.
Lillian is survived by her son Dale Towe; two daughters Brenda (Doug) Van Slyke and Patricia Towe; grandchildren Sasha (Reed), Paige (Cole), Bryce (Brittanie), Karly, Tiffany ( Scott ), Cheryl ( Cam ) and Brittany ; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one sister Genevieve Weder, as well and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She was predeceased by her parents John and Irene Ziegler; brother-in-law Robert Weder; one sister Margarite (Lee) Younger; two nephews Ken Weder and Doug Winter.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vegreville Elk’s Hall with Rev. Laureta Blondin officiating. Inurnment to follow in the spring at Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to charity of one’s choice.
