Obituary of Leonard Havens

HAVENS, Leonard Clarence December 26, 1945 – January 16, 2026 On Friday, January 16, 2026, Leonard Clarence Havens, of Hairy Hill, Alberta passed away at the age of 80 years. Leonard is survived by his loving family, two sons Gordon and Bobby Havens; three grandchildren Alannah, Jazmine and Alyssa; siblings Shirley (Lawrence) Ionetz, Cheryl (Glen) Clark and Loretta (Darrell) Downie; one sister-in-law Sharon Havens; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Leonard was predeceased by his wife, Rita Havens; son Colin Havens; parents Clarence and Vera Havens; four brothers Billy, Larry, Donald and Ernie Havens; one sister Evelyn Havens. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home,5036-51 Avenue, in Vegreville, Alberta with Lori Lucki as the Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to “Haying in the 30’s Cancer Support Society.”
