Perepeletza, David Alex July 2, 1960 - March 6, 2026 On Friday March 6, 2026, David Perepeletza of Andrew Alberta, suddenly passed away at the age of 65 years. David is survived by his brothers Joe, John and Raymond; sister Diana (Wesley) Hrehorets; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. David was predeceased by his brother Ed, parents Alex and Mary Perepeletza; maternal grandparents John and Lena Gilyshn and paternal grandparents Tom and Anastasia Perepeletza. A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036-51 Ave.) in Vegreville, Alberta. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Demetrius Russo Orthodox Church – Serediak’s (163077 Township Road 550) with Fr. Alexios Surayev officiating. Memorial donations may be made to “St. Demetrius Russo Orthodox Church – Serediak’s.”
