NAHAMKO, Linda Marie
October 1, 1956 – May 27, 2026
On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, Linda Nahamko, of Grande Cache, Alberta, formerly of Slave Lake and birthplace Vilna, Alberta passed away surrounded by her loving family at the age of 69 years.
Linda is survived by her husband Tom Blair Prince of 44 years; five daughters and eight grandchildren of her lovely, blended family with Tom; daughters: Pamela Lee and her daughter Autumn: Terry Lin (Kelly) and their children Alex-Jacob and Winter-Ivy and son; Linda’s great grandson Everest John: Niki-Lee (Kory): Susanne Lee and her children Alaysia and Nate: and Carrie Marie and her children Josie and Sonny; brother Anthony Nahamko (Sherry); and sister Darlene Nahamko; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, all of whom fondly cherished Linda for her elegant resilience, reliable character, adventurous and nature loving personality; her joy and faith she carried and shared so closely to her heart all throughout her life. She was predeceased by her parents whom she adored, Alex and Mary (Maria); siblings Diane, Johnny, Rosie, Nick and Harry.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Ukrainian Greek Orthodox Church of Ispas (132003 Twp Rd 570) with Fr. Peter Haugen officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the “Cross Cancer Institute.”
