On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, Loyal Krawchuk of Vegreville, Alberta passed away at the age of 95 years.
Loyal is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Sylvia; two nieces: Lorelei (Richard) Tennant and her children Chelsey (Graham) Mack and their children Nelson and Bodhi: Courtney Tennant (Jordan Adams): Carmen Bruce along with her sons Declan and Oscar; and brother-in-law Clarence (Lucy) Pynylo. He was predeceased by his parents Alex and Maria Krawchuk; two sisters Lil (Floyd) Sweet and Nellie (Walter) Sribney; and one niece Trudy Sribney.
A Parastas (Funeral Service) will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home in Vegreville, Alberta with Basilian Fathers officiating. Interment to follow in the Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
