On Tuesday, April 7, 2015 Walter J. Tarkowski of Two Hills, Alberta passed away at the age of 75 years.
Walter is survived by his loving family, his wife of 54 years Shirley; five sons Michael (Tammy), David (Karen), Richard, Glenn (Brenda) and Clarence (Lorie); grandchildren Kyle (Breanne), Amber (Dillion), Kristin (Elliot), Alanna (Lee), Kayleigh, Austin, Jared, Rachel, Kayla, April and her extended family; two sisters Emily (Emil) Kitt & Annie (Tony) Signorini; three brothers John, William (Roberta) & Marshall; two sisters in law Elizabeth Tarkowski & Adeline (Robert) Friedt. Walter was predeceased by his parents John and Justine; father and mother in law Peter & Annie Franko; brother Orest and sister in law Elsie; two grandchildren Jaydon & Dylan.
Funeral Parastas Service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Two Hills Centennial Hall with Very Reverend Don Bodnar officiating. Interment to follow in the Two Hills Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery. Donations may be made to “Haying in the 30’s” or to the “Two Hills Health Care Centre”.
