Obituary of Fedoruk Dorothy

FEDORUK, Dorothy Doris June 10, 1929 – August 17, 2015 On Monday, August 17, 2015 Dorothy Doris Fedoruk (nee Smith) of Hairy Hill, Alberta passed away at the age of 86 years. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Penny Mikasko; three granddaughters and their families Trinna (Dwaine) Roberts and their daughters Jaylin and Jilyan; Trista (Jeff) Chapin and their children Owen and Evyn; and Tammy Mikasko; one brother Harvey Smith. Dorothy was predeceased by her husbands George Mikasko and Edward Fedoruk; two sons Miles Mitchell Mikasko and Kenneth George Mikasko; her parents Dallas and Grace Smith; along with numerous siblings. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Howard & McBride Chapel of Chimes (10179-108 St.) in Edmonton, Alberta with Rev. Jo-Anne Kobylka officiating. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment to follow at a later date in the Hardisty Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the “Alzheimer Society of Alberta & NWT.”
