To all the Lowe family from the family of Henry and Gladys Landry, our sympathies are with you. Darcy was such a wonderful friend and neighbour to all of us in the Ridge Park and Imperial School areas. He was always there with a friendly smile and a helping hand. He never ceased his generosity and we are grateful for the many times he drove Dad to Edmonton for doctors appointments after Dad could no longer drive and his many cheerful teases to Mom in the Homestead Lodge. The dear friends and neighbours that were this close and supportive community are slowly leaving but their memory and especially Darcy's is treasured. You should be proud of your father for his wonderful character and giving spirit even in adversity.

I'm so sorry to hear about Darcy. He was a great man with such a sense of humour. In 1977 he was our MC at our Fort McMurray wedding and did a fabulous job. I have not seen him in years but have thought of the Lowe family often. My thoughts are with you in this difficult time. Just remember when someone you love becomes a memory that memory becomes a treasure.
