Dehid, Marshall W. January 20, 1936 – December 16, 2015 It is with great sadness and feeling of deep loss that the family announces the passing of Marshall W. Dehid after a lengthy illness at the Two Hill Long Term Care Centre. He will be forever missed by his beloved wife and best friend of 53 years, Pat. Also left to cherish his memory is his son Jeff; daughter Jamie (Al) Morosin and his greatest joy , his precious granddaughter Avery Morosin of Toronto; his brother Ray; sister Elaine and mother in law Anne Iftody. Marshall was predeceased by his parents Ezdor and Annie Dehid and his father in law Metro Iftody. Marshall had a lifelong love for hockey, baseball, fishing, camping and hunting. His passion for these sports impacted numerous friends and his family was also a great source of joy. He was extremely kind-hearted, a joke teller- which meant there was always laughter around him. His happy and carefree spirit will forever be in the hearts of those he loved. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Two Hills Centennial Hall. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Two Hills, Alberta with Very Reverend Michael Sawchenko officiating. Interment to follow in the Two Hills Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the “Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church” or to the “Two Hills Long Term Care Centre.”
