On Friday, January 1, 2016, Morgan Albert Knott of Vegreville, Alberta peacefully passed away at the age of 78 years.
Morgan is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Gwen; three daughters Kim (John), Jackie (John) and Corinne (Wes); six grandchildren Cameron (Kristin), Cody, David (Trisha), Lyle, Anna Marie and Keeanu; six great-grandchildren Maren, Lindon, Avery, Keagan, Ryker and Harrison; two brothers Raymond and Kevin; three sisters Dorothy (Dennis), Pat (Orval) and Alberta; sister-in-law Margaret. Morgan was predeceased by his son Glenn; his parents Albert and Annie Knott; one brother Floyd; one sister-in law Velma.
A Celebration of Morgan’s Life will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rock Ministries & Church in Vegreville with Pastor Wes Stefanec officiating. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment to follow at a later date in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the “The Rock Emergency Shelter Services.”
