WARAWA, John
October 4, 1923 – December 2, 2014
On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, Mr. John Warawa of Vegreville, Alberta passed away at the age of 91 years.
John is survived by his loving family; four sons Terry (Dorothy), Tom (Hari), Ron, and Randy (Christie); twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; two daughters in law Barb Warawa and Rhonda Warawa; one sister; two sisters in law; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. John was predeceased by his wife Florence; one son Ivan; his father Andrew, step father , Walter and his mother Tillie; along with five siblings.
An Evening Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in Vegreville, Alberta with the Basilian Fathers officiating. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment to follow at a later date in Spasa Moskalyk Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
