Please share a memory of Marlene to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Bidniak, Marlene Paulette (née Serediak) May 29, 1946 – Dec 16, 2024 On December 16, 2024, Marlene Bidniak of Andrew, Alberta, passed away peacefully at the age of 78 surrounded by her family. Marlene will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her husband of 58 years, Harry Bidniak, her children, Greg (Karen) Bidniak of Fort Saskatchewan, and Jason Bidniak of Stony Plain; grandchildren Evan and Alaina. Marlene is also survived by her sister, Christinia (Isadore) Koscielnuk of Redwater, her brother Jim (Colleen Mascher) Serediak of Andrew, Alberta. Marlene had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends, whom she loved deeply and had special bonds with. Marlene is predeceased by her parents, David and Elsie Serediak. Marlene was the kindest, most selfless, caring and loving mother, sister, Baba, wife and friend. She was a wonderful generous person who brightened the lives of everyone she knew. Her sole concern in life was being around and taking care of the people, she loved and cared about. She had a passion for growing beautiful flower gardens and community service. She cherished all her friendships and relationships with those around her. She especially loved spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren’s activities. We would like to thank all the health care professionals that supported and cared for Marlene. A private funeral service has taken place. Interment to follow in the Holy Trinity Orthodox Cemetery at Sunland. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
