BLASHKO, Steve
On December 23, 2016, Stephen Michael Blashko of Andrew, Alberta quietly and peacefully passed away at the age of 79 years.
Steve is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Grace; his daughter Lisa (Dan) Basisty and their son Zachary; son Leighton (Lois) and their son Reid; brothers Carl (Sylvia), Allan (Donna) and sister Marlene (Bob) Kryklywicz; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Steve was predeceased by his parents Mike and Victoria Blashko.
A Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home in Vegreville, Alberta. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Andrew Community Centre, Andrew, Alberta with Reverend Deborah Brill officiating. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery at Zawale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the “Lamont Health Care Centre” or “United Church Cemetery Fund.”
