LYZANIUK, Kevin Dewane

November 30, 1962 – April 26, 2018

On Thursday, April 26, 2018, Kevin Dewane Lyzaniuk of Edmonton, Alberta passed away at the age of 55 years.

Kevin is survived by his loving family, his wife Karen; step-children and step-grandchildren Lance (Ashlie) along with their children Eliza and Aubrey: Lacey (Stu) along with their daughter Bria; his mother Helen Lyzaniuk; siblings Dave (Betty), Sylvia (Bob), Jerry (Cheryl) and Ken (Linda); along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Kevin was predeceased by his father John; sister Rose Diakow and brother Dean.

A Celebration of Kevin’s Life will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036-51 Ave.) in Vegreville, Alberta with Pastor Wes Stefanec officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the “Arthritis Society-Alberta and NWT Division.”
