On Tuesday, June 12, 2018, Dennis Umrysh of Lamont, Alberta passed away at the age of 62 years.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Marline; his dog Missy; brother Dale (Linda); sister Diane (Riley) Waters; mother in law Mary Sarafinchan; sisters-in-law Angeline Fedun and Diana Acorn; brothers-in-law Dennis (Suzanne) Sarafinchan and Lawrence (Robin) Sarafinchan; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dennis was predeceased by his parents Bill and Pauline Umrysh; sister Violet (Bill) Reykdal; brother-in-law Albert Fedun.
A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Vladimir in Vegreville, Alberta where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Benny Ambrosie officiating. Interment to follow in the Ranfurly Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
