(nee Dziadyk)

 

On November 17, 2018, Sally Krysak of Vegreville, passed away peacefully at the age of 84 years.

 

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years of marriage, Peter; her two sons, Jerome (Gladys) of Edmonton and Bro. Stephen (Duane), O.S.B.M. of Mundare; two brothers, Fr. Isidore Dziadyk, O.S.B.M. of Winnipeg and Clarence (Vie) Dziadyk of Edmonton; two sisters Rose Dziadyk and Gloria (Larry) Turchenek, all of Edmonton; along with numerous nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours. Sally was predeceased by her infant daughter, Susan; parents Alex Dziadyk and Frances Dziadyk (nee Stadnyk) and her infant brother, Isidore.

 

A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church (5705-51 Street), Vegreville, Alberta.  A Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church. Basilian Fathers officiating with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery.  In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations to the “Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church” or the “Heart and Stroke Foundation Of Alberta” would be greatly appreciated.
