Obituary of Helen Zachoda
ZACHODA, HELEN
June 15, 1942 – May 2, 2019
On Thursday, May 2, 2019, Helen Zachoda of Mundare, Alberta passed away at the age of 76 years.
Helen is survived by her loving family, her husband of 19 years, Edward Perlik; children Myron (Heather), Mary (Dave) Boyko, Mark, Veronica (Rick) Patan, Ted, John (Remily), Chris (Jody), Yvonne Fischer, Bob (Elaine) Perlik and Adele Peters; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Helen was predeceased by her first husband John; parents Fred and Pauline Durda; one brother John; son-in-law Wayne Fischer.
A Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Assumption Of The Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church at Star Peno (564080 RR193) with the Basilian Fathers officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
