So sorry to learn of Michael's passing. It is not easy to lose a child no matter the age. Quote from Helen Keller-"What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." May you share your memories of Michael with family and friends.
Our sympathy to all.

I'll never hear an Irish Rover's song without fond memories of listening to music with Michael when we were kids! I appreciated Mike as a cousin because no matter how much time went by between visits he was happy to see us. Jude fondly recounts meeting Mike and how happy he was to dance her feet off at our wedding! In telling our kids about Mike this week, we were able to sum it up by telling them how happy a guy he was and how much he loved music! Our love goes out to you all in this tough time. Jeremy, Jude, Laila, and Nina Randle

Janet, Larry and family...
Just a note to let you know that...Michael was my kind of 'Hero'. Hero's rise and fall. Hero's get up....and carry on. Michael's unending perseverance showed bravery. He showed love. He showed his smile, his quirky grin, and he "showed up".
Michael altered my life with each encounter. Left memories to recall. He gave me a small gift...a word...that I will forever cherish.
Wherever you be, Michael, I know that you are safe, your celestial life filled with love and laughter. Although I cannot reach or hold your hand, Michael, know that you were loved, and love has no end.
Angie

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Michael at Valid. He was such a wonderful person. I am very shocked to hear of his passing. He always complimented me on my hair. Even though I retired from Valid, he would always acknowledge me when we bumped into each other. He will be sadly missed, but always remembered! May he rest in peace.

Michael had a special way to brighten up the mood. I’m SOO sorry to hear of his passing. It is a real shock and my deepest condolences to the family.
He knew me as Shirley Miller and every time he saw me would laugh and say “Shuewee Miller is a ham bone”. I was honored he remembered me from high school and did love running into him uptown. Hugs to the family.

My very deepest condolences to Michael’s parents, Janet and Larry, his family and his friends. I will always remember Michael for his great sense of humour (I was one of the ham bones, pork chops and occasionally, one of the shrimp). He had such a friendly nature and always a willingness to lend a hand. I will miss his visits to my office to remind me to wash my car, change my winter tires, give me statistics of the latest hockey game, ask me if I had any newspapers for him to “take care of” for me or just to say, “I’ll see you tomorrow Rachelle!” on his way out of the office. It was a pleasure and a privilege to know Michael; his memory will live on in the hearts of everyone whose lives he has touched. Rest easy, Michael. You will be missed.
