Sending my deepest sympathy to all of you during this difficult time.
I will always remember visiting at her home and often during canning season. I was amazed at just how hard she worked gathering, preparing and canning all her vegetables and fruits! And at the same time visiting with us and serving us food! She was also very generous and shared some of her wonderful canned and baked goods with us. She was kind, thoughtful and a master at getting things done efficiently.
So many years have gone by since then. Please know that I have often thought about each of you and wondered how life was treating you. I will always hold close the fond memories I have of Pat as well as the rest of you.

My condolences to Fern and your extended family, friends, former students, and colleagues. I am grateful to have had your mother as one of my teachers in elementary. My fondest memories comes from a Christmas Concert where the girls were dressed as dolls wearing cray paper aprons and donned with pink rosy cheeks and the boys were tin soldiers with red turtlenecks and black hats singing "A Marshmallow World" and "The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers". It was one of my favorite productions. She believed in excellence. It was wonderful to connect again at Mundare Agri-Daze and the bingo hall. She will be missed.

Sincerest condolences to the family of Patricia Tompkins. The loss of Pat will be felt by many and her generous contributions will be celebrated by all. I met Pat during our teacher days and remember her great sense of humour, always ready with a great story to share. My son remembers her sub days at Andrew School, a nice lady who always brought red licorice for the well behaved. Thinking of you and hoping that your precious memories and the love of family and friends will ease your sorrow during this very difficult time.

It is with profound sorrow that we convey our condolences to Fern, Justin, Caleb, Robert, Beatrice, Victor, the extended family, and friend Nancy of Patricia. May memories of her sustain you at this sad and difficult time. We, too, mourn the loss of a friend, colleague, and neighbour with whom we shared numerous outings and vacations and will miss, especially, our almost daily phone conversations.
