When they say it takes a community to raise a child, there is an unspoken reality of having those children creep into your heart and permanently claim a piece of it. Kevin, Colleen, Karla, Dwight, and families:
We are so sorry for your loss. You were such good neighbors and friends for many years. We watched Karla and Ryan grow up. Ross remembers the day when Ryan was little; he took a spill on his bike in the crescent. He cried when he went down and Ross ran over and even though Ryan was bleeding and scraped up he stopped crying and Ross carried him home for Colleen to patch up. He was a brave little guy and it wasn’t very long before we saw him out there cruising around on his bike again.
The years went by and the memories changed. Ryan traded his bike for a truck and became a young adult who was always quick to smile and crack a joke. Kevin and Ross took on Ryan and his buddy in beer pong games while we were camping with you and the winners were quick to celebrate their victory. (LOL) It always ended in a fun time sitting around the campfire and swapping stories.
May you rest in peace Ryan.

Our family and the Weder family were usually among the first campers to arrive at tournaments, and the last to leave.
