Dear Ron, Marge, and the Horon family,
Please accept our sincerest and most prayerful sympathies at the loss of your sweet Mother,grandmother and great-grandmother,Olga. She was a kind, friendly, and remarkable person and a pillar in our Ladies League at Holy Trinity. Olga and I were prayer partners and exchanged very nice gifts and cards. I now wish that I had come to her for help with my flowers and gardening skills, as I hear that she had a very green thumb, and mine may never be. She always looked very nice as she did the last time I saw her at the Veteran's Luncheon at the Legion in December. She will be greatly missed in so many ways. May God bring each of you great peace, comfort and consolation as you adjust to a new normal in your lives without her. Our family is going through this as my Mom passed away in June and it is so very difficult. BUT, our Moms raised us in our Catholic faith, and we watched them persevere through very difficult and challenging times, but they never despaired, and always turned to God and to Our Blessed Mother for help, and were never let down. Sometimes faith was all they had but they courageously pushed forward to better times. Jesus died and crushed satan and death. He threw open the Gates of Heaven for all the faithful to go through to be in His glory forever and ever. Our Moms are there waiting for us because God loses and wastes nothing! We will all be together one glorious day! We all know how the Story ends! Jesus is victorious and we are right beside Him! How can we despair? Love and blessings, Fritz and Diane Lydom
